RSS Position Title: Regional Director - 2 positions
(Western and Eastern Regions)
Reports to: VP Major Relations
Full-time Exempt
The ministry of Biblica, formerly International Bible Society, is actively seeking two regional directors; one to cover the eastern section of the U.S. and the other to be responsible for the western section.
The regional director will build and sustain financial support for the ministry of Biblica by developing God-honoring and fruitful relationships with major donors and major donor prospects in their defined region. He/she will foster and cultivate a portfolio and identify opportunities to grow and develop enthusiastic donors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to Jesus Christ and agree with Biblica's statement of faith, mission, and core values. Must have three to five years of fundraising experience, with the ability to cultivate, maintain, and close. He/she must have a proven success rate in meeting financial targets and be willing to travel up to 40 percent of their time. The successful candidate will be well-networked, with a discipline for planning, evaluation, and reporting. He/she will have the ability to effectively communicate, both in writing and verbally, the ministry of Biblica within diverse denominations and theological perspectives. Good computer skills, including Microsoft products, are a must.
Position Title: Receptionist/Customer Service Support
Reports to: Director, Customer Service
Full-time 40 hours per week
Department:Operations
This position serves Biblica visitors by creating a welcoming atmosphere and represents the ministry in a professional and Christ-like manner. Receptionist will also support the customer service department by performing designated tasks. The ideal candidate will have receptionist and/or customer service experience and be proficient in data entry and Microsoft computer applications. Must have a pleasant phone voice, good verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service skills, be detailed-oriented, have excellent math skills and the ability to solve problems.
