Position Title: Webmaster, Biblica.com
Reports to: Vice President, Communications and Integrated Media
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Department: Communications
This position serves Biblica by directing and overseeing all aspects of Biblica.com, including design, content, online fundraising, and maintenance. The Webmaster will facilitate the technical and content objectives for the site. Responsible for scoping projects, communicating with idea originators and development teams, and managing projects from inception through completion.
The primary focus is the strategic direction, development, and promotion of Internet communication for Biblica globally. The position also aids in the development of e-commerce goals, provides insight, and helps to coordinate efforts for sales promotion.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or related experience. The candidate must also have a minimum of 5-7 years Internet experience that includes planning, production, design, testing, deployment, daily operational support, web metrics analysis, and e-business. Scripting language experience or aptitude is required (PHP, ASP, JavaScript, XML, XHTML). Database and graphic development experience.
Position Title: Project Relations — Ministry Resource Manager
Reports to: Vice President, Communications and Integrated Media

This position serves Biblica by overseeing the acquisition and organization of information from Biblica area ministry staff and providing that information to user departments in the desired formats. This position is responsible for acquiring, managing, and disseminating worldwide ministry information through the ministry database, image libraries, project budgets, and other information repositories.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Library Science, Communications, Cross-Cultural studies, Research, or related experience. The candidate must have the ability to focus on multiple tasks in diverse applications with the ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities and management and leadership styles. He/she must be able to communicate cross-culturally in multiple settings with a high degree of sensitivity. He/she must have excellent written and communication skills and working knowledge and proficient understanding of computer databases.
Position Title: Customer Service Rep/Outbound Calls
Reports to: Director, Customer Service
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Department: Customer Service
This position exists to serve Biblica customers and other individuals by responding to phone inquiries and performing duties related to encouraging our customers to use Biblica resources to bring people into relationship with God. This position's focus will be on developing customer loyalty and additional sales via outbound courtesy calls.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years customer service experience and 2 years professional sales experience. He/she will be proficient in data entry and Microsoft computer applications, with the ability to quickly adapt and learn new software programs. He/she must be professional, personable, and friendly, with the ability to build enduring relationships with customers. He/she must be self-motivated; have a proven ability to sell and close; a pleasant phone voice; excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; be detailed-oriented; and have good time-management skills.
